We need to focus on weight where ever we can find it :-)

SkyTec has some new light weight  starters . Here is one on a Red Bull
racer Dan is working on.

The alt on the Red Bull engine is by B&C and is small and gear driven.

Here is the Mazda auto tx starter on the TTC engine for
comparison.
