Do not use these fuel injectors. We had one blow apart today on the TTC
project.  There is a short section of .032 thick  aluminum between you and a flaming death.

We are also still fighting the yellow snot built up in the aluminum fuel lines as
the result of burning Methanol. The boss will not re plumb the fuel system in SS or rubber.
He is paying the price of ignoring that.

It is now plugging the injectors and we are on our third set. The company
that sold us our second set charged $800 for four.

You can buy the basic Bosch injector for $50  with out the adapter on ebay. You may have to
re-machine the fuel rail if you use the basic Bosch injector as the upper O ring may be larger.
The basic Bosch 2000  injectors with out the adapters are just plain great.

As long as they are not plugged :-)

We are talking about just 4 injectors controlling 650 HP on  a turbo two rotor!
Each injector will flow up to 320 pounds of fuel per hour.

I built an injector tester using six D cell batteries, a push button and a special injector
holder to take the 150 psi injector pressure.
