just want to tell you, that the solstice will happen on 21st of December -
an important date, because the days will get longer again ... ;-)

Is a good reason for some kind of celebration ;-)

Related to the "Plasma wonder Ignition" discussion ...
"US ..." is a serious patent by NGK, filed in 2011
"JP ..." is a patent by Mazda, filed in 2008 - unfortunately a lot of
japanese text - so you have to guess a bit. May be, that Mazda wants to use
the NGK system at T position for better combustion at low load + rpm ...

It would be nice to have a japanese guy for translation ... ;-)

Those Alturair guys have been around for years but no product so far.
Here is a picture of them sleeping in their booth at the Arlington Wash air show
in 2003. I did talk to their engineer several times and he told me the only
coating that held up on the end housings was detonation.
