Paul don`t know if I missed it somewhere. What is the diameter
of the 4340 propeller tube shaft and the wall thickness?

That was 2 inches. My suggestion is .190" or 3/16 wall minimum.
More for over 250 HP.

I came up with a better idea for the prop flange and hub.
I call it the Prop-Hub-Flange :-) You could easily double the number
of extended point set screws.

Here it is.

It makes the psru much easier to service and inspect.
Also saves a bunch of weight. Uses the industry standard ground
adjustable blades from Warp Drive, Senenich and others.
