This works in my Pumpkin Phablet.

If this works in a lot of other phones and tablets I will up load the
TTC video to the web site with this format.

In VLC and PlayerXtreme under IOS the aspect ratio is stretched but the sound is OK. It does work OK in Playable on both iPhone and iPad.
