It is an old fashioned mpg.

Have patience. It takes awhile to down load.

Let me know how or if it works and the type of cell phone and tablet
you have.

This works in my Pumpkin Phablet.

If this works in a lot of other phones and tablets I will up load
the TTC video to the web site with this format.

Safari on IPad-1 cannot download it

If your using a cell tower for internee access that may be the
reason. Try MacDonald

It’s not necessarily the WiFi or cell. Mac computers like MacBook have Quicktime, which plays your video as Steve Izett reported. iOS devices like iPhone and iPad don’t, you need a separate app like Playable to do that. While the mobile browser on all of these devices is called Safari, the mobile (phone/tablet) version is very different from the MacOS version and does not take plugins like the Quicktime player. Native video support on iOS seems to be limited to MP4 format.
