It is not enough to say mine is better than yours.
You need some test data.
If you have a tech paper you can scan it as a pdf.
If it is larger than 20 meg you may not be able to attach it to
an email.

If that is the case learn how to do screen captures.
There is a key on most gear board that copies the screen to a hidden
graphic file.

Use a pdf viewer and select the data page.

Then press PrtSC key.

To see this file again you need to learn how to use MS Paint.

MS Paint comes with most MS OS's. If not it is free
for down loading. Later version give the option of naming
the file and saving it where you want it.

Once MS Paint is up all you do is select "paste" and
your screen capture magically appears and then save it
as a jpg with a unique name.

Then attach it to you message as evidence.
