I tried to download the tech paper on stratified charge
rotary engines by John Deere from your website, but the link
is down and I can't download it. If you have it with you,
could you send me the PDF file? I have Mazda's paper on
stratified charge engines and I'd like to read both of them
and compare them.

It works. Depends on the speed of your Internet. Too big at 12
meg to email.

I suspect your cell phone my be trying through 3G or 4G.
That is the speed from a cell phone tower.
