Well, if "Chinese enthusiasts" have developed an oil
especially for

engines, perhaps there are plans for production of RE in
China ?
Or will it be for top secret military / defense use
only ? Perhaps

make the engine, and possibly other items.

Cessna stumbled badly when they had the Chinese make the
Cessna LSA
Apparently you can not get parts for them. Our local FPO has
had
one for sale for over a year. No takers.

Hi!: there's an old SAE paper about RCE research in
China, 880628, signed by Teluan Chen, I ignore if he's the
same Teluan N Chen participating in the Ingersoll-Rand 41
liter per chamber natural gas fueled engine R&D.

Very interesting if you are building huge
low RPM Wankel
engines suitable for a 4 TON AKA 8000 pound truck.
The p-port above the normal side port with one way valve
helps get more air into the engine
at low RPM to enhance the low RPM torque.
Might work on a car engine but my RX8 can still pull away in
first gear with a full load
of four people with out putting my foot on the gas pedal.
Then when I press the gas pedal
it will accelerate briskly to 9000 RPM. That is amazing for
any car engine.
