I think, the Blue Phoenix system will work, but they mention that the life
of the spark plugs will be reduced by 50 - 70% ...

And you have to use copper wires + spark plugs w/o resistance ... May be bad
for your electronic equipment ... (?)

Enclosed you can find the opposite - an experimental approach by Yanmar,
Japan - something a bit more serious ... ;-)

They try to reduce the wear of the spark plugs, the required energy + even
though enhance the initial development of the flame kernel.

First results are looking impressive + the good news is, you don't have to
work with "multi-multi amps" ...

There may be other ways to apply the electric field than with a separate
assist electrode - don't know ...
