  Buy just the blades. You can buy blades now from half a dozen prop
  makers including Sensenich . They are all doing the warp drive hub.

Is there a source(s) for dimensioned engineering drawings for the warp
drive hubs ?

Not yet.

But here is the much more compact 3 bladed version.
Use socket head screws instead of the hex head shown.

Latest 3 blade version. This can be made without an NC mill.
Just a lathe and a plain mill. Or even just a drill press.

This 2nd chart is why you need a ground adjustable prop.
The second chart is is an advance ratio chart verses prop efficiency.
Your target is 80% efficient.

I am working on a way to make this chart easier to understand for you
and me :-)

In the mean time.

Here is an equation that converts blade angle to pitch.

Pitch = tangent (blade angle) times 2  times pi  times (the radius you are
measuring the blade angle)
