Trying to wrap my head around machining a one rotor e-shaft. My question is, how does the rotor receive oil for cooling?

The center of the e-shaft is pressurized so the oil squirter squirts cooling
oil into the center of the rotor. The same thing is done in aircraft piston
engines to cool the piston.
