 Thank you Paul. My next question is regarding the RX8 rotor housing.

 Has anybody P-ported  the exhaust as well as the intake port on a RX8
 housing ?

 This would solve a problem in making alloy end plates.

 Yes that is a good idea. I have no recall of anyone doing that but it
 is possible. I would get the Inconel exhaust insert out of a junk RX7
 rotor house and use that. It will take a little art with a die
 grinder to get it to just fit. The exhaust flange bolts will hold it
 in place.

Hi, I am having trouble following the reasoning for p-porting RX-8 exhaust;
why not use earlier housings that already have the p-exhaust ports?

It is probably what he has. Good rotor housings are expensive. Junk are
free.

If I am going to drill one P-port hole in a RX& housing why not drill two in an RX8?

Rx7 housing are huge money here. £350 is the average for one housing. I have bought three maxda RX8 engines on separate occasions for £50 each and they are complete engines. Looking out for more as this is not likely to be  for long.

Should my ideas work I don't mind investing in new parts and having all the machinery done by some expert but I can make old parts run or if the ideas don't work I can modify without huge losses. And that's important to me.

I want to see the two rotor running on a BD4 mount turning a good hp prop and a supercharged  single rotor pulling a   high hp multiblade . ( I have a single seat pusher of same looks and similar construction to the Pushy Cat and Galor which had an 0-200 )
