I could buy an OZ M&W for about $1000 or build my own. The M&W is
designed to be used with the $3000 Motec computer EFI system. Also
the M&W quits if the Voltage drops below 11 volts. That was a gotcha
on the TTC as the TTC uses the M&W.
I had the idea of using one 300 volts supply and two coil triggers.
The coil triggers fire 180 degree out so that gives time to recharge
the dual 300 volt capacitors. The coils are waste spark so they will
fire the upper and lower spark plugs at the same time. A total of
only two coils.
No computer is needed if you use two CAS's mounted on the front of
the engine. Joe Berker is working on the needed dual CAS's mountings.
This will work with carbs.
Dual Hall effect sensors could be used so two CAS LM1815 conditioning
IC's can be done away with further simplifying the PC board.
Nothing trick here. Old tried and true tech.
Here is all the info I have so far. The PC boards are being designed
and I need to buy 3 at a time.

Looks like some great progress!
Count me in if you’re ordering circuit boards for this simple system.
Question: would it be more practical to mount the hall effect sensors on
the adapter plate and place magnets on the flex plate at the appropriate
location to fire at 22 BTDC? The back side of the engine is much less
crowded than the front.

I just had another idea. I got it from outboard motor CD ignition systems.
The spark trigger pulses the high voltage transformer that charges the
one microfarid capacitor with 300 volts. Then the cap is discharged through
the ignition coil.
Might work as caps charge instantly.
