What planet assembly is out there that could be used to build a reduction unit that could handle up to 800hp from a turbo 3 or 4 rotor?

Allison Truck no doubt about it :-)

A turbo 3 rotor would be well over 1000 HP.
A turbo four rotor well over 1400 HP.
