Hi Paul,
     Well I finally got my planet gear working, basically I had to make my own planet
carrier. That guy that did the EDM sure caused me some grief. Here are some pics.

Well here they are again. The reason it is now necessary to machine the planet carrier
is;  Ford change the material to powdered metal. This, in and of itself, does not necessarily weaken
the planet carrier but makes in difficult if not impossible to weld on it,
