If you search for something using  a windows OS it is going to assume that is
what you are going to run it on. For example if you search for samsung
scanner drivers it switched you from SamSung to HP.

If you search for samsug printer driver using window 7 you get this.

I found a driver that works by searching for it and downloading it using Linux.
It found it on the real SamSung website. Not the silly HP website :-)

Here is the driver that worked on windows 7
It may even work on Windows 10. I will try it on
my girl friends windows 10 computer with a HP scanner.

HP buying SamSung printers is trying to get a monopoly on printers.
Probably Trump is going to put a tariff on products for North Korea.
I think there is a balance of trade problem with North Korea similar
to China.
