I bought a samsung laser combi printer and scanner.

It did not work.

I called what I thought was Hewlett packard technical support. The
tech got into my windows 7 computer with remote control. He told me
the computer had a Clampi infection.

The wanted  $150 to fix it. That is more than I paid for the printer
at Frys. Their phone number is 1 800 510 2305

Has anybody heard of a Clampi infection.
