4200 times 1.6 gear box ratio is only 6750 RPM.
You need about 8000 engine RPM to get 600 HP.

The tip vortex of those props would be enormous.

The Wright brothers proved that props are rotating wings
and at high loading the drag from the tip vortexes  are the main
problem.

The formula is induced drag = CL SQUARED / Pi x A where A is
the prop aspect ratio. Aspect ratio is the span / cord.
