Our first production aircraft is being wrapped up! Not only is this
aircraft (G-OEGO) nearing completion, it is literally having a finish
applied by wrapping it in a high gloss white vinyl. The vinyl looks very
smart and, if necessary, can be replaced after a number of years without
adding to the aircraft weight.

Main wing Fin and rudder parts Work continues apace on the manufacture
and assembly of parts for G-OEGO and our first customer is looking
forward to the hand over.

We are already planning a number of shows and fly-ins where people will
be able to see both the prototype G-EFUN and the new aircraft. We are
confirmed participants at AeroExpo 2016 at Sywell in Northamptonshire
and will have not only G-OEGO on the stand but also G-EFUN in the flying
display.

You can see e-Go flying through a champagne cloud below... As most of
you are aware Adrian Hillcoat left us in December and we are currently
recruiting a new CEO. We have also expanded the board, with Keith
Dennison (our Chief Test Pilot) joining as observer whilst Terry
Holloway (MD of Cambridge Aero Club) becomes a director in place of
Robert Marshall and Paul Hendry-Smith (CEO of The Light Aircraft
Company) joins as a director.

We welcome their views and experience. Just in case you missed it, we
gained good coverage in two publications recently who wrote about our
progress to date. Both Flyer Magazine and the LAA Magazine wrote
comprehensive, multi-page, well-illustrated articles about us and if you
want to catch up with these do take a look at them on our web-site.

Robert, 40 HP or even 60 HP is not going to be enough.
I suggest a small turbo charger. That way you will have
a higher cruise speed at 12,000 feet. The Wankel is very
robust as long as it is cooled properly.

Your cooling system leaves something to be desired
in that regard.

If you don't have my book How To Cool Your Wankel
Get a copy of  Compact Heat Exchangers. W.M. Kays and A. L. London
Kreiger Publishing
Company. Malabar Florida. 1998  ISBN 1-57524-060-2    From Foyles in
down town London.

Foyles is the best technical book  store I have ever had the pleasure of
visiting.
